How to Get Reimbursed if Your Library Won One of the $400 Discount Raffles for a Performer.

Any winning library has to submit a copy of the contract, or something in writing to NJLA that says which performer, when the performance takes place and the cost of the performer. You can divide the cost up among more than one performer. You need to say how the check is to be made out to - i.e. to the library, to a Friend's Group, etc. The check is not made out to the performer.

NJLA will then send a check for the full amount to the winning library.
